We plan to operate a professionally run shared living home for Veterans, Seniors, fostering out youth, and others with stable funding. We provide reliable oversight, and a deep commitment to maintaining the property. You can expect on-time payments, a clean and well-kept home, no unnecessary headaches.

If the lease includes a clause restricting sub-leasing, we would appreciate discussing an exception for this use. We're also open to a lease/rent-to-own arrangement if you’re interested in securing a long-term solution with a dependable tenant.
