TCG HOUSING is an offering from Infinite Fulfillments Social Assistance Group (IFSAG) to provide support through housing for individuals who are home/houseless, working not to become so, or transitioning.

Any individual who has completed the intake process and all necessary paperwork successfully is welcome at TCG HOUSING.

• 18 and up
• We assist all and designate each home of same types for NON gender-inclusive living. 

TCG HOUSING only provides the home that's fully furnished with free Wi-Fi , washer and dryer, personal televisions,  linens, and all utilities paid. 

A range of services including counseling, job training, life skills development,  community integration, among others are all 3rd party outsourced by an individuals representative agency (if they have one). 

This alleviates the burden of specialized licensing and permits, which can be excluding, making it harder to provide housing faster.

As mentioned in the "what types of services does TCG housing provide" section... all 3rd party service providers are outsourced by an individual's representative agency (if they have one).

Either the individuals themselves, their family members, or their agency/case and or social worker must set up services to meet their needs. Whichever services they choose, will then connect with TCG Housing to ensure they have 24-HR access if necessary.

• Contact Us... After necessary paperwork, rules, expectations, and agreements to make sure all parties have a full understanding first.
• Payment is set up with a representative payee (*which is a must for all individuals that will be living in the home) and initial payment is made. 
• Then Moving Day and orientation.

A rep/representative payee is a third party between TCG housing and the individual, agency, family member that pays for the housing. No rents are collected directly, but rather through a third party system with automatic payments.

(1) No. If an individual is utilizing a social worker, or agency assistance with their case, they will be vetted through them during the intake process.

(2) Others who are self paying, will need to provide proof of income. A  background and credit check is  required.

TCG HOUSING will be the only lessee/tenant or landlord of the homes. Our clients, individually or through their agencies will have a licensee agreement solely between TCG and the licensee. 

Agreements can be month to month, quarterly, or any other preferred arrangement of time. 

Yes & No..... Our shared Living Model is a minimum of two beds per room.. this helps with cost to allow for all inclusive living and for the ability to help more people sooner/faster, cutting down on the wait times & list for housing. 

We may be able to accommodate private rooms if the individual is able to cover the increased cost. Cost may be discounted.

* Other discounted cost could be for the House Manager position.

While TCG Housing regularly checks in on the homes and residents, we don’t employ a traditional house manager. Instead, we offer a discounted rate to a willing resident who helps uphold house rules and contacts us if support is needed. They’re not in charge—just a peer helping maintain a respectful living environment.

Living in our shared home means a safe, clean, and respectful space where everyone can feel comfortable. We have security cameras in common areas and at the exits for peace of mind, Clear House Rules to Keep things running smooth, and an on-site house manager to help with anything you need. It's a great setup for people who value structure, safety, and community!

We have no set location. Our homes are obtained on an As-Needed basis according to the individual or agency's location preferences  demographics, etc.
